Implementation Training & Adoption
Designed and delivered professional learning to support educator onboarding, program implementation, and ongoing adoption. Provided training, troubleshooting, and individualized support to build educator confidence and promote consistent use of instructional practices, tools, and workflows. Created practical training resources that translated program expectations into clear, actionable guidance for educators.

Curriculum & Learning Design
Designed and adapted standards-aligned curriculum and instructional systems across elementary settings, with a focus on literacy, English language development, and accessibility. Created practical, engaging learning experiences that supported diverse learners, including English learners and students with IEPs. Supported the adoption and sustained use of instructional tools and digital learning platforms, including Integrated ELD, Amplify mCLASS, Seesaw, and ClassDojo.
Implementing a new ELD curriculum through small-group, floor-based instruction to support language development and engagement.
Family & Community Stakeholder Engagement
Partnered with families, specialists, and cross-functional teams to support learner success across school and community-based programs.
Facilitated virtual and in-person presentations for families and adult learners, translating educational goals into clear, accessible guidance.
