“There is no one-size-fits-all way to teach people, and no one-size-fits-all way to learn.”

Learning & Design Philosophy
I approach learning through a whole-child lens, recognizing that meaningful growth happens when academic learning is supported by social and emotional development. When learners feel safe, understood, and supported, they are more engaged, confident, and willing to take risks. This perspective is informed by years of experience designing and supporting learning across classrooms, programs, and learning communities.
Effective learning design requires flexibility and responsiveness. I believe in using a variety of strategies and tools to meet diverse needs and create multiple pathways to understanding, because no single approach works for every learner.
Collaboration is central to my work. I value strong partnerships with families, educators, and specialists, and believe the best outcomes happen when learning is supported as a team effort.
At the heart of my approach is a commitment to connection, adaptability, and shared responsibility, whether designing curriculum, supporting educators, or contributing to learning-focused teams.
